Women in Computer Science (WCS) is a Rutgers University Organization. It is a forum of undergraduate and graduate women in the Department of Computer Science who meet on a regular basis to provide a supportive environment for women students and to foster informal activities among students, faculty, and computing professionals.

Game Night

This Thursday, April 30th, Women in Computer Science will be holding a game night. What's the game? Open Arena! Let's all get together and battle it out!

Graduate Panel

We are holding a graduate panel focusing on the life of a graduate student. The panelist will be current Rutgers graduate students: Gayatree Ganu, Rehka Bachwani, and Ana Paula. They will be discussing the road to becoming a graduate student as well as give advice on succeeding as a graduate student. They will also be talking about their experiences with the Grace Hopper Conference they attended last year. Please come out and receive some great insight!

General Interest and Informational Meeting

We are holding a meeting for anyone who is interested in the organization. We are looking for new members and also members who will be able to take on leadership positions. The meeting is open to men and women.

When: Wednesday, February 25 at 8pm-9pm
