To print PowerPoint slides from a MacIntosh in
the campus labs, we have to be a bit sneaky due to a
problem with the PowerPoint installation. To print, follow these
steps:
- Choose Print from the File menu, and
you should see this window:
- Choose MicroSoft PowerPoint from the
pulldown menu labeled General:
- Choose the Slides, Black & White,
and Scale to Fit Paper options. If your printout is
too dark, choose the Pure Black & White option and
reprint the page.
- Choose Layout from the pulldown menu
that now says MicroSoft PowerPoint:
- Choose 6 from the Pages Per Sheet
menu and Single Thin Line from the Border menu:
- Print your PowerPoint presentation
page!
