I am Jt Chirco. At Rutgers, they just call me Jt. Some might even call me Professor Jt, or Mr. Jt, but really, you should just call me Jt.
Looking for me? Contact me at "Jt Rutgers" on Facebook. Here is my page; even a picture.
As of Fall 2008:
- I have worked at Rutgers 25 years and am now Senior Manager overseeing all of New Brunswick Computer Centers, some 12 labs, 300 workers, 700 computers.
- 2500 students have worked in these labs during the years I have been a manager. I admire and miss many of those students.
- I have also taught Intro To Computers - CS110 - for 25 years, covering the whole course some 90 separate times, teaching over 17,000 students, and giving over 2000 lectures, all in my bare feet. I hope I have contributed a little bit to the lives of some of those students. I have tried my best to do so.
- 40,000 people have read my textbook. Here it is on Amazon.
- Hear me actually doing my lectures in these podcasts: Here.
Sorry, that about sums up my life. Not much to it, but I have enjoyed every day of it.
Hey you. It is silly to look for me on google and not actually take the next step and contact me. You really should. Trust me - I am waiting very patiently. It saddens me that you are no longer a part of my life.
